Remove CryoTENS pad from freezer. Apply 'peel and stick' conductive adhesive patches or conductive gel to the electrodes of the CryoTENS
Hook up wires to TENS unit and attach TENS wire pins to electrode leads on the back of the CryoTENS pad.
Center the pad over the area of pain and secure cold CryoTENS pad directly to the skin with weight, belt or elastic wrap.
Activate TENS according to directions and maintain at comfortable level for about 15 min.
