Round TherapEze pad approximately 3" diameter x 1.5" . Cup cake shaped pad, ideal for pressing comfortable cold or heat against the jaw. Frequently used for relief by people with painful TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint) disorder. Removed from freezer and applied directly over the jaw for for TMJ pain. It is amazing what a 10 to 15 minute treatment will do for TMJ pain. Also, works well with X-Celerel rubbed in first. Also useful on neck, hand, wrist, head, mild burns, etc.
