1. 1) Remove CryoTENS pad from freezer. Apply electrolyte such as Aloe Vera Gel, X-Celerel or X-Celerel+ to the electrodes of the CryoTENS
2. 2) Connect cable to the TENS unit and attach wire pins to electrode leads on the back of the PainAwayPRO pad.
3. 3) Wrap the pad centered over the area of pain with PainAwayPRO electrodes secured directly to the skin with TherapEze Stretch Belts In the case of Plantar Faciatis, the feet can simply be placed on the pad with the electrodes making contact on the arch between the heel and ball of the foot.
